Abstracts may report on original research or data from theoretical or quantitative reviews, including meta-analyses. Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply. Preference for oral presentations will be given to abstracts reporting original research by current aPA student members.

1. Objective: A clear statement of the objective or question to be addressed by the research/review.

2. Method: Briefly describe the basic design of the study, including participants and setting as well as the main study variables and measures used.

3. Results: Include the main study results here including statistical significance where applicable.

4. Conclusions: Briefly describe the conclusions supported by the study. Equal weight is given to positive and negative results. If clinical implications are supported by the findings discuss those here.

5. Preference: List your preference to present your work as an oral presentation during a student research blitz session, a poster presentation during the student poster session, or no preference/both.
