LEADeres - Class of 2025
LEADeres is a non-credit leadership lab designed to support Latinx professionals as they pursue their individual career and life goals. Building on the lived experiences of participants, LEADeres emphasizes identity formation and personal development in the areas of innovation, cultural intelligence, leadership, professional development, and community & civic engagement.

The group meets once a month, on a Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Breakfast and lunch are provided as well as all materials and reading assignments.

If you wish to participate, please make sure to have the following dates available:

Sessions:
Friday, October 18 - Orientation
Saturday, October 19 - Innovation  
Saturday,  November 16 - Cultural Identity
Saturday, December 7 - Leadership
Saturday,  January 18 - Professional Development  
Saturday,  February 15 - Civic & Community Engagement
Saturday, March 15 - Capstone
Wednesday, March 25 - GRADUATION (5:30 pm)

*Additional small group meetings outside the sessions are expected and will arranged according to your team's availability.

The cost is $1,000 per person; some partial scholarships are available based on need.

All applicants, if selected, must commit to attending all sessions and to be active participants in all discussions and session assignments.
