Are you interested in being on the AMHyA Youth Council?  

All youth who plan to run for a position on the AMHyA Youth Council are REQUIRED to attend an informational meeting.  This meeting will review each position of the Council, describe the responsibilities of each position, and review expectations for each member regarding attendance and participation.  We also have new and updated information that everyone needs to be aware of before running for a position.  

Typically, a youth must be at the World Show in order to run for the Youth Council.  However due to our current situation based on COVID, youth will be allowed to run for a position on the Youth Council without being at the World Show this year.  Only youth at the World Show will be eligible to VOTE.  

Attendance to one of the meetings is MANDATORY for ALL youth interested, even if you have been on the council in the past.  If you do not attend a meeting, your name will not be eligible to be on the voting ballot, no exceptions. Please make arrangements to attend.
