There are lots of benefits of exercise however there also exist the possibility of certain dangers. For example abnormal blood pressure, fainting, irregular, fast or slow heart rhythm and in rare instances heart attack, stroke or death. Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body's exact response to exercise. Please inform us if you have previously suffered any undesired effects of exercise. Every effort will be made to minimise these risks by evaluation of preliminary information relating to your health and fitness and by observations during the class.

Payment: Payment is kindly requested 1week in advance of your course start date to confirm your place. Payment can be made by BACS/card/cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Kaye McGowan BACS payments to Account 46673288 Sort Code 541004
Cancellations: Any cancellation of paid classes by the class teacher will be refunded or rolled over. You may request a full refund of your booking up to 1 week prior to the start date of the course block. Once the course block start date has commenced no refund will be given. 1:1 cancellations will be charged at 100% fee for less than 24 hours notice 50% for less than 48 hours notice 25% for less than 72 hours notice. Notice more than 72 hours will not be charged.
Swap sessions: If you cannot attend your prepaid session and would like to try and swap to a different session please discuss this with Kaye to see if a suitable alternative is available. Where possible a swap session will be accommodated, however please note if this is not possible your session cannot be refunded or carried over.
Class sizes: All classes are capped at 8 participants, however in order to accommodate swap sessions on occasion the cap may be waived as long as it is felt that doing so would not disrupt the class.
Class etiquette: Please always try to be on time as arriving late can disrupt the class. However, there are times when being late is unavoidable, so being late to class is better than not being there at all. If you are running late please enter quietly and take some time to warm up before joining in with the class. If for any reason you know you will be late or need to leave early, please inform your teacher prior to the class. Please remember to turn your phone to silent/do not disturb during the class.
