A4A Community Member Application

We are eager to welcome you into our growing community and join in raising consciousness toward a liberated world free from capitalism.

Joining is as simple as filling out this form. Our only requirements are that members: 1) self-identify as an artist (regardless of professional status) 2) have attended an A4A event or offering, 3) abide by our community agreements (read: anticapitalismforartists.com/communityagreements) This form will take approx. 5-15 minutes depending on how thorough you want to be.

It may take up to two weeks to hear back after applying. Upon approval, you will: receive our new member packet; obtain access to our member webpage and discord; be invited to our new member orientation; be able to propose new offerings and events for the community; apply to volunteer for A4A teams and special projects; and you may participate in members-only events. Members in our main hub of NYC will additionally be able to participate in the use of facilities at The Peoples Forum, of which we recently became a member organization.

As a community, we collectively agree to stand on the principles of overcoming racial capitalism, heteropatriarchy, settler-colonialism, and imperialism, as well as transformative learning rooted in cooperation.

A4A is committed to keeping all of our work free, and the cost of becoming a member is no exception. However, as we are a grassroots org funded entirely by personal donations, we greatly rely on contributions.
