Welcome to B-Smart Learning Center inc. and thank you for choosing our summer camp to provide your child a crafted lifelong memories!

Date: July 2, 2024 to August 23, 2024. No Classes on the following dates: August 5 (Heritage Day)

Time of service: Monday to Thursday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Children must be dropped off by 10:00 AM.

Ages: 3 to 6 years old (CHILDREN MUST BE FULLY POTTY TRAINED - NO DIAPER.)

Field Trips:

* WEEKLY offsite field trips are scheduled (Valley Zoo, Jurassic Forest, Amazon Play zone, and Corn Maze). Field trips are additional fees ranging between $20 and $25 to cover transportation, food, and admission.

Summer Camp Fees:
* $200 / child for July

* $150 / child for August

LESS approved subsidy and affordability grant if applicable.

A $100 deposit is required upon the completion of this form by e transfer to info@b-smart.ca This deposit will be refunded upon the completion of 40 hours per month and will be returned on the last day of the camp.

The deposit fee is non-refundable in case the child is absent due to illness / travel / change of plans

FEEDING

We kindly request families to ensure their child is provided with an ample, nutritious serving of snack.

Illness Policy

As always, we maintain rigorous hygiene practices at the preschool to minimize the spread of illnesses. Please be vigilant for any symptoms in your child, such as fever, sore throat, rash, blisters on the hands, feet, or mouth, diarrhea, pink eye, etc.. If your child displays any of these symptoms or other that can be contagious, you will be contacted to pick up your child immediately. Please keep your child home and seek medical advice promptly.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a ZERO tolerance policy when verbal/non verbal discrimination/ bullying/abusive language/ unprofessional behavior are shown against other children, management or educators. Please remember that respect is a TWO way street. We invite families to bring concerns forward with constructive criticism, positive attitude, and professionalism. We are partners in your child care and education. B-Smart Management reserves the right to terminate a child's enrollment if repetitive verbal/non verbal discrimination/ bullying/abusive language/ unprofessional behavior are proven against other children, management or educators.

Toys from Home Policy

We wish to remind you that toys are strictly prohibited at the camp. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety and welfare of all children.

Electronics Policy

Please be aware that no electronics are allowed. We will unfortunately need to confiscate the device and store it in the office.

Field Trips Policy. Field trips are additional fees ranging between $20 and $25 to cover transportation and admission.

* Please remember to sign up your children for field trips and pay the fee at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute consents will not be accommodated. Your cooperation ensures smooth event planning and a great experience for all.

Emergency Medical Care If my child requires emergency medical attention

AUTHORIZATION AND CONSENT OF PARENT(S) OR LEGAL GUARDIAN (S)I do hereby state that I have legal custody of the aforementioned Minor. I grant my authorization and consent for ___ B-Smart Learning Center Inc. (hereafter "Designated Adult”) _ to administer general first aid treatment for any minor injuries or illnesses experienced by the Minor. If the injury or illness is life threatening or in need of emergency treatment, I authorize the Designated Adult to summon any and all professional emergency personnel to attend, transport, and treat the minor and to issue consent for any X-ray, anesthetic, blood transfusion, medication, or other medical diagnosis, treatment, or hospital care deemed advisable by, and to be rendered under the general supervision of, any licensed physician, surgeon, dentist, hospital, or other medical professional. I agree to assume financial responsibility for all expenses of such care including ambulance fees. It is understood that this authorization is given in advance of any such medical treatment and is given to provide authority and power on the part of the Designated Adult.
