Tällä lomakkeella voit ilmoittaa VYYnn häirintäyhdyshenkilölle kohtaamastasi epäasiallisesta kohtelusta tai häirinnästä tapahtumissa. Voit jättää ilmoituksesi halutessasi nimettömänä. Voit ilmoittaa lomakkeella myös riitatilanteita, joiden selvittämiseen haluat apua tai tukea.

Jos haluat häirintäyhdyshenkilön olevan sinuun yhteydessä myöhemmin, jätäthän yhteystietosi. Kaikki ilmoitukset käsitellään luottamuksellisesti VYYn häirintäyhdyshenkilön toimesta. Häirintäyhdyshenkilö ei ryhdy toimiin ilmoitusten perusteella ilman ilmoittajan lupaa. Ilmoitukset poistetaan käsittelyn jälkeen.

Huomioithan, ettei nimettömien ilmoitusten perusteella voida ryhtyä jatkotoimenpiteisiin. Anonyymit yhteydenotot tulevat häirintäyhdyshenkilöille tiedoksi, mutta jatkotoimenpiteitä varten yhteystiedot tarvitaan. Anonyymin ilmoituksen kautta on helppo tuoda tietoon esimerkiksi yleisiä yhdenvertaisuushavaintoja. Anonyymejä ilmoituksia käytetäänkin erityisesti häirintätapausten tilastointia ja toiminnan kehittämistä varten.

With this form you can report any inappropriate behavior or harassment that you may have encountered at student events. You can leave your report anonymously if you wish. If you are having a fight with someone and you wish to have some help for solving the fight, you may report it with this form as well.

If you want VYY's harassment contact persons to contact you regarding your report, please leave your contact information. Each report is handled confidentially by VYY's harassment contact person. No actions will be taken by them without explicit consent of the person leaving the report. Reports will be deleted after processing.

Please note that anonymous submissions cannot be used to take further action. These will be read by the harassment contact persons, but contact information is required to move the process forward. Anonymous submissions are a good way to report, for example, general observations regarding equality and discrimination.
