Ice Candle Orders
Please complete this form for candles to be placed on the platform at each of the cemeteries or churches. If you wish candles at different locations, please fill in separate forms. 

Candles will be placed at Northway/Sacred Heart and Hillcrest Cemeteries. Also at St. Andrew's, St. Mary's and Sacred Heart Churches.

Send an etransfer to rotarytreasurer@shaw.ca. only one etransfer for the total is required even if you send multiple forms.

Candles are $10.00 each
