2025 LEAD LI Fall Conference: Presenter Proposal Form
If you are interested in presenting at our Fall Conference (October 10, 2025) please complete the form as soon as possible. We will be selecting proposals by early in August, so you don't want to miss out on this great opportunity. All information should be filled out completely for consideration to present. 

Additional Information: Please note that only two presenters will be provided with free admission to the conference. Any presenter(s) above and beyond the second presenter will need to register and submit payment to attend. All handouts must be supplied by the presenter(s).  Conference proposal submissions will be reviewed in July and those selected to present will be notified via email.  Additionally, no revisions to selected proposals can be made after August 20, 2025.
