BHS Class Change Request for 2021-2022
To complete a class change request, you must meet the following BHS class change request requirements:

1. Requests must be submitted via this form by 11:59pm on Wednesday, January 12th.
2. Requests to change classes based on teacher assignment is not permitted.

Your school counselor will contact you soon after your request has been submitted, either through email or phone. Make sure the correct contact information is provided within the class change request form before clicking submit.

School counselor assignments are based on the first letter of your last name as follows:
