Thank you for your interest in signing up your child at the Rancho Cordova Youth Center! The center is for youth either living in or attending school in Rancho Cordova. Youth must be currently enrolled in grades 1-12 to attend.
As a reminder, this is an interest list and not a guarantee that your child will be enrolled in the program. Enrollment is on a first-come first-serve basis. A representative from the Rancho Cordova Youth Center will be contacting you mid to late October to let you know about your enrollment status.
Parents/guardians will need to complete this form for each child they would like to attend.
