MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

If you feel you would like to be a part of our rink community and actively contribute to the ISCNSW with your support, please complete the membership form below. If eligible* and upon approval you will be contacted with payment details. Annual membership is from 1st January until 31st December for the calendar year.

*Eligibility: Note you must have already contributed a minimum of 10 hours to the activities of the Co-operative or to an in-house club in either the current or previous financial year to be eligible. If you would like more information on how to support the Co-operative via our sub-committees, please contact secretary@canterburyolympicicerink.org.au

Initial application fee $5.00
Share capital $11.00
Annual membership fee $50.00
Total first year fee: $66.00*

*After the first year, the ongoing annual membership fee is currently $50.00, due by 31st December for the upcoming year.
