We are seeking to recruit for the position Technical supervisor to join our growing team. The position reports directly to the plant manager.
Key Responsibilitiesa)Supervise and coordinate all machine repair and maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations.
b)Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in production machinery.
c)Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing of equipment.
d)Monitor spare parts inventory, ensure availability, and coordinate replacement when required.
e)Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and spare parts usage.
f)Provide technical support and guidance to machine operators for efficient machine operation.
g)Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote safe working practices in the plant.
h)Train and mentor junior technicians and operators in troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
Qualifications & Skills
l Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
l Minimum of 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in machinery maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
l Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
