Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in Orlando Yoga Fest 2026 involves yoga, meditation, fitness,
and outdoor activities that may include physical exertion and inherent risks (injury, property
damage, illness).
By signing below, I confirm that:
● I am physically fit and will participate within my limits.
● I will follow all safety instructions from organizers/instructors.
● I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages incurred.
Liability Release & Waiver
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I release and hold harmless the organizers,
instructors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, City of Orlando, and Lake Eola Park management
from any and all claims for injury, illness, or property damage arising from participation,
whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Photo & Media Release
I grant permission for the use of my image, likeness, or video from the event for promotional
purposes without compensation or further consent.
Vendor/Volunteer Agreement (if applicable):
I agree to:
● Follow all event rules, setup/teardown times, and park regulations.
● Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful space.
● Accept full responsibility for my own property/equipment.
