form timeframe:
the form will be open from 3PM to 5PM (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, July 21st. invoices should be sent to the winners within an hour.

you will have until 3PM (Pacific Time) on Thursday, July 22nd (24 hours after the form opens) to pay the invoice. if i don't receive payment by the deadline, the invoice will be canceled. another winner will be drawn. if you need more time, please let me know.

shipping with tracking:
these caps will be in a round container with cotton.
shipping to CONUS is $5 (USPS first class mail) / $8 (USPS priority mail)
shipping to Canada is $15
shipping to International is $16

the package will be shipped in the next day or two after payment has been received (usually the following Monday or Tuesday). when your package has been shipped/ready to be shipped, the USPS tracking number will be attached to the invoice.
