Help us capture the energy of sports, culture and live events across WISE NYC Metro’s chapter service area: New York City’s five boroughs, New Jersey and Connecticut—through a chapter member lens.

This is not a committee assignment. There are no meetings, required assignments, or hard deadlines.

If you are already attending games, matches, concerts, festivals or experiencing great sports moments around the region, we would love to see the Metro region through your eyes. Share the atmosphere, fan energy, community and moments that make the NYC Metro sports and events landscape special.

Selected submissions may be featured across WISE NYC Metro social channels and chapter communications, with credit where practical.

Field Correspondent Content Guidelines
What to share: Photos or short vertical videos—ideally 30 seconds or less—that capture fan energy, atmosphere, event arrivals, venue exteriors, street scenes, city moments, or your own perspective on sports, culture, and live events across WISE NYC Metro’s chapter service area: New York City (including the five boroughs), New Jersey and Connecticut.

File guidance: When possible, keep photos under 5 MB and videos under 25 MB. Vertical video is preferred for social use.

How to submit: Email your content to Info@WISENYC.org with “Field Correspondent” in the subject line. Please include the event name, city or venue, date and a brief note about what is happening.

Important boundaries: Only capture and submit content from public areas. Do not enter or photograph restricted, credentialed, backstage, locker-room, back-of-house, or other non-public spaces. Follow all venue, event, team, league, employer, client and credential rules.
Do not submit confidential information; content featuring identifiable minors; added copyrighted music; or content that is offensive, discriminatory, explicit, political, or commercially promotional. Ambient venue sound is welcome.

Your content: Only submit content you created or have permission to share. By submitting content to WISE NYC Metro, you confirm that you created it and give WISE NYC Metro permission to review, crop, resize, caption, edit, and feature it across chapter social channels and communications. WISE NYC Metro will credit you where practical and may choose not to use every submission.
