Reporting is easy!  Please make sure your SCA Membership is active and your Warrant is up to date and valid.  Then, fill in and submit this form to report on significant activities for your office for the quarter.

Remember, issues should not be reported through this form.  Rather, let me know as they occur by sending me an email or private message.

Your submission will automatically be sent to me, the East Kingdom Deputy Chatelaine and to you.

Once you receive it, please email a copy of your report to your Region’s Seneschal at:
