We invite expressions of interest in serving ITiCSE 2019 as a reviewer or an associate program chair (APC) for full papers, or a reviewer for posters or for tips, techniques, and courseware.
For full papers, reviewers write a thorough review, then engage in discussion with other reviewers, facilitated by an APC. Reviewers might revise their reviews in the light of the discussion and of the other reviews, and the APC will write a metareview with a recommendation to the program chairs.
The process for full papers will take place according to the following timeline:Mon 21 Jan - Sun 27 Jan (1 week): bidding, indicating which papers you are willing to review;Wed 30 Jan - Tue 12 Feb (2 weeks): reviewing, with APCs monitoring reviews;Wed 13 Feb - Fri 22 Feb (10 days): discussion and possible revision of reviews, with APCs writing metareviews.
The submission deadline for posters and for tips, techniques, and courseware is Sunday 17 March, and reviewing of these submissions is expected to take place in the subsequent two weeks. The submissions are shorter than full paper submissions, so the reviewing task is somewhat less demanding: it does not involve APCs, but there will still be a one-week discussion period, led by the track chairs. Reviewers do not bid for the submissions they would like to review: these submissions are assigned randomly to reviewers.
If you are willing and able to contribute within the constraints of these timelines, please complete this form. Reviewers and APCs will be added in batches to EasyChair, the system being used for submissions and reviewing. If you have multiple email addresses, when completing the form please give the email address that you use, or intend to use, with your EasyChair account.
