The Community Roundtable Part 2 will focus on how health organizations and practitioners can develop strategies for change to help reach ideal minority health outcomes. Ms. Angela Dawson will discuss strategy, advocacy and ways to implement sustainable change building off the data from HPIO. This round table will include breakout sessions and discussions that will help organizations to map out realistic strategies for addressing Health Equity in Appalachia.
