Baseline Needs Assessment of LMIC for International Medical Volunteers (IMVs)
Every year, there are numerous international medical volunteers that donate their time in low- and middle- income countries. However, these medical mission trips are often guided by the priorities of the volunteers rather than those of the host country. We are conducting this survey with the aim of gathering information on the needs and priorities of physicians in low- and middle- income countries in order to  better align actual needs with services offered.
