Islamic Relief Stall Booking Form - Old Trafford Eid Festival

Thank you for expressing interest in booking a stall at the Islamic Relief Old Trafford Eid Festival. Taking place at the Old Trafford Stadium, Car Park W3, John Gilbert Way on Sat 15th & Sun 16th June 2019

The timings are 11am-8pm.

Please see prices below. These have been HEAVILY reduced from previous years as we want to accommodate for all.

Prices [Prices Sold as 2 days booking]:

£350 premium stall [£300 early bird offer ] - 6 foot table 2 chairs, 6mx3m premium gazebo and side panels..

£190 Standard Stall [£170 early bird offer] - 6 Foot table, and 1 chair, 3mx3m gazebo and side panels.

The Stalls Procedure:
1. Stall Enquiry form Filled out
2. You will receive a reply within a week with either ACCEPTED / REJECTED OR FURTHER INFO REQUEST.
3. If ACCEPTED you will receive details of how to make payment and confirm your stall.

*Stalls will not be confirmed unless confirmed, & payment is received.

The event is expecting over 15,000 people with over 50,000 leaflets distributed in Manchester and surrounding areas. It's our annual Eid Festival which was a huge hit last year, and the community is expecting it again this year.

This Event will be taking place outside the World Famous Manchester United - Old Trafford Stadium, it promises to be a fantastic event.
