Site Registration: Site Registration does not ensure automatic entry. Centrewood Fête & Garden Party reserves the right to accept or reject any booking application. Full payment will be returned if application is not accepted. Applications close on Friday 30th August 2019. Centrewood Fête & Garden Party will try to ensure that sites are allocated fairly and reasonably.
Cancellations are still liable for full payment of the site unless the site can be resold.
Set Up: Centrewood Estate will be accessible for set up on Friday 1st November from 3 - 6pm, and from 7am – 9:30am on Saturday 2nd November. Set up must be complete by 9.30am before the event opens to the public at 10am.
Pack Up: Sites must be packed down within two hours of the event closing at 3pm. Sites must not be packed down prior to event close at 3pm.
Liability: I agree I am responsible for my own insurance, consents and/or licences required to sell my products at the Centrewood Fête & Garden Party. In no event shall Centrewood Fête & Garden Party be liable to you for any indirect, extraordinary, exemplary, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages including loss of revenue, profits, stock or other economic advantage.
Food and Wine: All food sold onsite must comply with the NZ Food and Safety Authority Standards. Stall holders selling food and alcohol are required to hold the appropriate off site licences. You must bring everything you need for food production. You will not have access to power without prior arrangement.
Rubbish: Stall holders are responsible for the removal of all their own fête site rubbish. Recycling bins will be available.
