Thank you for your interest in joining the certified GreenSignature™ WorkSpace Wellness Advocate Campaign. GreenSignature is a 360° ESG promoting leader in Employee Wellness, DEI, Transparency, Trust, and Sustainability, empowering organizations to build mentally healthy, people-first workplaces. This certification signifies your commitment to promoting emotional well-being, psychological safety, and holistic wellness at work.

About the Assessment:

This assessment consists of 50 objective questions focused on various aspects of workspace wellness, including employee mental health, wellness practices, and promoting a supportive work environment. It is designed to be completed in 15-20 minutes. Please note that this is a one-time attempt.

Certification and Badge:

Participants who score at or above the required minimum level will receive a GreenSignature™ WorkSpace Wellness Advocate Certificate via email within 4-5 working days. Alongside the certificate, you will also receive a GreenSignature™ WorkSpace Wellness Advocate badge, which can be proudly displayed on LinkedIn, social media, and other professional profiles to signifying your dedication to creating mentally supportive and wellness-oriented workplaces.

This is not a survey or data collection program

Eligibility: This evaluation is open to all professionals interested in obtaining GreenSignature’s WorkSpace Wellness Advocate Certification. Each participant may attempt the assessment only once.

Confidentiality: The contents of this evaluation, including questions and answers, are proprietary to GreenSignature. Sharing or discussing specific evaluation materials with others is strictly prohibited.

Scoring and Certification: Participants must achieve the designated minimum score to qualify for certification. GreenSignature reserves the right to adjust the scoring criteria at its discretion.

Certification and Badge Issuance: Successful candidates will receive a digital GreenSignature WorkSpace Wellness Advocate Certificate and badge via the email address provided within 4-5 business days. GreenSignature is not responsible for certificates undelivered due to incorrect email entries.

Badge Usage: The GreenSignature WorkSpace Wellness Advocate badge and certificate may be displayed on LinkedIn, social media, and professional portfolios to highlight your WorkSpace Wellness commitment. However, any misuse or unauthorized alteration of the badge may lead to the revocation of certification.

Data Privacy: By participating in this evaluation, you consent to GreenSignature’s collection and storage of your responses and personal information solely for evaluation and certification purposes. GreenSignature adheres to strict data privacy policies to protect participant information.

Collectibles: We may collect your name, email ID, LinkedIn profile Link and professional title and the collected data will not be disclosed or used for any marketing or promotional activities. The collected data will be used only for the internal statistical or research work only.

No Re-attempts: Each participant is allowed only one attempt. Multiple attempts or any forms of cheating may lead to disqualification from the certification program.
