Please fill out this form by the 4th Thursday of each month to be placed on the monthly digital map and included in our social media posts. 

Note: You can submit for future months anytime. Participating every month is optional.

  • How to participate: Be open 6-9PM. Optional: offer a discount / host an artist/musician/vendor pop-up.

Optional Tire Art Project: Would you like to receive a used tire for decorating? 
We’re inviting businesses to decorate these at their storefronts. Community members will vote for their favorites each Third Thursday. We’ll send more details if you opt-in.
