Thank you for your interest in the upcoming Training of Trainers (TOT) event. This program is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and certification necessary to train others within their organization in evidence-based behavior management and crisis intervention techniques.

  • Therapeutic Aggression Control Techniques (TACT2)

    • 4-Day Trainer Certification – $1,695
      A trauma-informed, relationship-based approach to safely managing aggressive or violent behaviors in children and youth. Participants will learn preventative strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe intervention methods to reduce crises while maintaining therapeutic relationships.

  • Therapeutic Behavior Management (Elementary & High School)

    • Cross-Training Opportunity – $250 Additional for One Program, $500 for Both
      Provides educators and school staff with practical, age-appropriate behavior management strategies to create structured, supportive learning environments. Topics include proactive interventions, de-escalation strategies, and positive reinforcement techniques tailored for elementary and high school students.

  • Therapeutic Behavior Management for Autism

    • Cross-Training Opportunity – $400 Additional for One Program
      Designed for educators working with students on the autism spectrum, this training focuses on communication strategies, sensory regulation, and behavior support. Participants will gain hands-on techniques to reduce stressors, enhance engagement, and promote positive behaviors in diverse learning settings.
