30th Annual Y-ME Softball Tournament Registration
Ginger Rugai’s 30th Annual Y-ME Softball Tournament will be played Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Mt. Greenwood Park.

The cost is $45 per player.  All teams are required to pay a minimum of $600.

After completing the registration form you will receive a link for payment.  All payment is due by Wednesday, August 14, 2024

2024 Y-ME Softball Tournament Waiver

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:  

I agree that if any injury or bodily harm becomes me, during this softball tournament, held at the St. Christina fields and Mt. Greenwood Park, that I will not hold the Mt. Greenwood Park, the City of Chicago Park District, St. Christina Church/Parish, the 19th Ward, Alderman Matt O’Shea, the honorable Alderman Ginger Rugai or the City of Chicago for any such injury or bodily harm.

I am playing of my own free will and I understand that none of the above are responsible for any bodily harm or injury caused to me, when either traveling to this tournament, playing at the tournament or when leaving the tournament. 

By my signature below, I nor anyone of my family heirs, executors, or administrators will not hold anyone of the Mt. Greenwood Park, City of Chicago Park District, St. Christina Church/Parish, 19th Ward, Alderman Matt O’Shea, the honorable alderman Ginger Rugai, or the City of Chicago responsible for any accident incurred as mentioned herein. In all, I assume all risks and expense, which occur in the way of injury or bodily harm.
