Fill out this form if you would like to sign up your child for a Crocodile Coding class. This form must be filled out by a parent or guardian. One form per student.

Classes will be held once a week with one student in each class being taught by one instructor. Before every session, an email will be sent with a link to the meeting to the addresses of the parent and student (if applicable).

An email will be sent once we have finalized the first day of the class you will sign up for.
