Montessori School at Hampstead Academic Year Application
ADMISSION POLICY
MSH admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. MSH does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, and other school-administered programs.
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Please complete a separate application (this form), in its entirety, for each child you would like to enroll.
2) For each application completed, please pay a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 to Montessori School at Hampstead, 5251 Hampstead High St., Ste. 111, Montgomery, AL 36116. An invoice will be sent to the email provided, and there is the option to pay by cash, check, money order, bank draft, or credit card.
3) If an onsite visit/observation is not possible due to relocation from another state/country, we will allow you to visit the first week of enrollment to make sure that it is a good fit. If your child has attended another school a teacher recommendation form can also be completed prior to your child's acceptance.
4) After all application materials have been received by MSH, we will review them and get back in touch with you. If approved, you will receive a link to our online Enrollment Contract to complete and return to MSH.
