About the Event
Join us for the second annual of Oregon Walkways, a pedestrian-focused event celebrating Portland communities, this year, in conjunction with Lents Founders Fair! We’re working with community partners to create a comfortable walking environment and a fun day of games, prizes, food, art, music, outdoor activities, and much more! Come celebrate the Lents neighborhood with us!

Rules and Regulations
The event is from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive by 10:00am to set up and have any vehicles off the route by 10:30am. Please plan to load in and out on your own. Vendors will have their booths staffed throughout the event at all times.

Please note that you are responsible for providing your own table, chairs, canopy or tent, change, credit card device and any other materials you require. NO electricity is provided. Generators are not allowed. Vendor agrees not to use radios or generate music from their booth (live music will be provided).

Vendor agrees that Oregon Walks and event partners LNA and Green Lents may use any images, video, or audio for publication relevant to this event and future events.

Vendors are given a 10'x10' space and cannot exceed this area. While we will provide waste management facilities for the event, please note that vendors are required to clean up their own garbage and recyclables at the end of the event.

Vendors will secure any relevant permits or business licenses for their participation in the street fair. Vendor indemnifies and holds harmless Oregon Walks, partners LNA and Green Lents, event sponsors, and representatives from any and all liability. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance. Oregon Walks will not be responsible for any broken, lost, or stolen items. Oregon Walks will process applications for the available spaces in the order received, and reserves the right to refuse any applicant.
