Dear Parent/Guardian/Adult Student or Other Person with Legal Authority: Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired has an indoor Rock Wall for student climbing activities. Each student participating in a rock wall climbing activity uses safety equipment to prevent accidental falls and is individually supervised by one staff member with specific training in how to conduct safe rock wall activities.
Before your student can participate in any rock wall climbing activity, you must give permission. Please complete the statement below to give permission or not to give permission for your student to participate in rock climbing activities.
