PLEASE NOTE:  The Statement of Understanding must be completed, signed by a parent/guardian and emailed to the Dual Credit Consultant ~  diane.dimeo@ycdsbk12.ca, in order for the Dual Credit registration to be complete. 

Registration in a Dual Credit Course is not guaranteed.  You will be notified regarding course acceptance and waiting list options, if applicable.
