This form is for customers who have not purchased accessible tickets, but who may benefit from accessible accommodations such as priority entry, toilets and/or temporary respite seating. This pass can be used to show staff at the venue that you, or a member of your party, requires additional accessible support(s). Limits apply.

If you have purchased accessible tickets, DO NOT complete this form. Accessible ticketholders will be contacted directly ahead of the show via the email address you used to book your tickets.

Reminder: Folding/collapsible chairs of any kind are not permitted on site. Please do not bring these items with you as security would have to refuse entry or ask you to dispose of them. This does not apply to wheelchairs/rollators.
