Training Plan Level
Choose a training plan level that's right for you. Invoices are sent via PayPal at the end of each month. No payment is required until your individual training plan is ready. You can cancel or change your plan any time by emailing shadrack@coachshaddy.com

Training plans for a half marathon or shorter distances require a minimum coaching commitment of 12 weeks.  Marathon training requires at least 16 weeks of coaching.
