Online Registration Form 2026-2027 Huntington Ballet Academy

Thank you for your interest in Huntington Ballet Academy classes for Fall 2026. Please use this form to formally register. In addition to the registration form, a Student/Parent Contract & Invoice will be sent with the total cost within 7 days of receipt. Payment is due in full plus a registration fee ($60). We only offer payment plans for our returning students.

32- week term beginning September 28, 2026

Payment Details:
- Tuition is non-refundable. By registering, you agree to pay the full annual tuition, regardless of whether the student completes all lessons or classes.

Payment Options:
- Pay in full at registration.
- 3-payment plan: First payment due at registration; second payment due October 28; third payment due January 28, 2027.
- Returning students: Monthly payment plan available for 32-week programs. A credit card must be kept on file, and a 3% processing fee will be added to each invoice.

Discounts
A 10% discount will be applied for enrollment in multiple programs and/or for siblings. Total discounts will not exceed 15%.

Payment Methods:
- There is no additional fee for using Venmo or PayPal if payments are sent without selecting “goods and services."

Attendance:

Each level of study includes a minimum number of days of study. Primary & Level 1 are offered more than one day a week (Wednesday & Saturday) as a convenience to our students. All students are encouraged to take as many classes as they like including classes below their level or, with the teachers consent, above their level.
