"Swanson Shark Pups" Swim Lesson Registration Form 2019
Swanson Swim Lessons are being offered in two week sessions during the weeks of:
Note: Children must be 2 years of age or older to sign up for lessons.

Session 1: June 10th –21st (M/T/W/Th)
Two time slots available for this session 5:00p.m.-5:30p.m. or 5:30p.m.-6:00p.m.

Session 2: June 24th- July 12th (M/T/W/Th)
Two time slots available for this session 5:00p.m.-5:30p.m. or 5:30p.m.-6:00p.m.
Note: This session will skip the week of July 4th and resume the week after July 8th

Session 3: July 15th-- 26th (M/T/W/Th)
Two time slots available for this session 5:00p.m.-5:30p.m. or 5:30p.m.-6:00p.m.

Session 4: July 29th - August 9th (M/T/W/Th)
Two time slots available for this session 5:00p.m.-5:30p.m. or 5:30p.m.-6:00p.m.

Lessons take place on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday & Thursday (no Friday lessons). Each session includes eight 30-minute lessons.

For scheduling purposes, we ask that you fill out a new Registration Form for each child. You may pay for all lessons on the Square by adjusting the Quantity you pay for. ~ Thanks!
