Food Service - Free Meals
During the virtual instruction period, meals will be delivered to resident students on a daily basis (Monday-Friday) starting on Tuesday, November 17 for surveys received by 9:00 a.m. Monday, November 16th.  Surveys received after 9:00 a.m., will be added to the delivery route on the following day.  If you would like your children to receive meals, please complete this survey.  

Note: If you are currently receiving meals, I would like you to please complete this survey.  When we return to in-person/hybrid instruction, we will go back to meal pickup on Wednesday afternoons.

USDA extended the SFSP (Summer Food Service Program) waivers until December 31, 2020.  This waiver allows the District to serve free meals to all families who reside in the Westby Area School District with children who are 18 years and younger.  Families who have disabled children over the age of 18 who are enrolled in school programs can receive free meals for their children.
