26-27 NHE Car Tag Request 
Action Required: All outstanding 2025–2026 car tag returns and fines must be cleared before a new tag can be issued.  
  • ONE FREE CAR TAG will be issued per FAMILY 
  • Early request submitted via this form by 10:00 am on July 30th will be distributed to your youngest child's homeroom the night of Open House.
Need Extra Tags? Starting August 3rd additional tags may be rented through Rev Trak ($5.00 per tag) These tags will be sent home in your child's folder within a few days of purchasing.

REMINDER:  ALL 2026-2027 CAR TAGS issued will be collected at the end of the year.  A $5.00 fee will be assessed for unreturned or damaged tags.
