MISSION: 

The AA Leadership Development Program (AALDP) is dedicated to engaging students pursuing a professional career in Accounting. Through a combination of student-led workshops and bonding activities, AALDP strives to develop leaders personally and professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

(1) Must have knowledge or experience of recruitment (SLP, summer internship, full-time)
(2) Must be willing to dedicate time towards the program and mentees 
(3) Second Year or above during the Program 
(4) Accounting Minor/ Emphasis

MINIMUM COMMITMENT:

Selected Mentors must participate in the following:

(1) Interview with AALDP Co- Coordinators
(2) Program Duration- End of Spring 2025 until end of Winter 2026
(3) Attend majority of mentee programs beginning Fall 2025 (Thursday Evenings) 
(4) Provide Mentorship and guidance for mentees/ students

SUCH GUIDANCE INCLUDES:
(1) Attending a minimum of two speaking engagements with your mentee throughout the program 
(2) Participating in one social/ event a week 
(3) Prepare for weekly workshop events

We will have a mentor social at the end of Spring Quarter once mentors have been determined. We will also have another mentor social beginning of Fall 2025. Mentors and Mentees will have the opportunity to meet and socialize before the determination mentor-mentee relationships and preferences.
