READ THIS FIRST!!

I, the undersigned, affirm that I am participating voluntarily in the Trap & Skeet Club at Purdue University as a dues paying club member.

Below are the terms of Firearm Storage:

1. I acknowledge that storing my personal firearm involves certain risks and that property damage or other harm could occur to me or others. I accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injuries, damages, or harm which arise during or as a result from storing my firearm in the Purdue Trap & Skeet Personal Firearm Safe.

2. The Firearm indicated below must be removed from the Purdue Trap & Skeet Personal Firearm Safe by the end of each semester. Some exceptions can be granted for winter break, however under no circumstances can a member leave a firearm in storage over summer break. Firearms MUST be picked up by the last day of the academic year.

3. If the undersigned intends to bring a large quantity of equipment, ammunition, or multiple firearms, please contact Ethan Buck at putrap@purdue.edu. Storage space is limited and is given at a first come, first serve basis.

4. In order to accommodate more firearms in our safes, we implement a STRICT soft case or gun sleeve policy. Large hard cases are not allowed in the safes for they take up too much room. Please bring a soft case or gun sleeve for storage. We are able to store your large hard case separately in overhead storage at the clubhouse, if needed. If you attempt to store your firearm in a large hard case without first contacting Ethan Buck at putrap@purdue.edu with a picture of the case with dimensions, storage could be denied.
