COOKING CLASSES: For 2021-2022 I am offering private cooking events in my outdoor kitchen. This space was built and created to keep everyone safe during these wild times. All you need to do is show up and everything else is provided for my cooking classes. The outdoor kitchen is located at 1328 N Highlands Parkway in Tacoma, WA.

TAMALES TO GO: My tamales are made in a commercial kitchen and are available by the dozen monthly. Upon payment, I will contact you for your customized order and drop off location.

PRIVATE EVENTS & SPECIAL ORDERS : Upon request I can come to your location or we can use my outdoor space to create a private class, a birthdays, or any type of group event.

TAMALE CLASSES: Come hungry & leave with tamales to steam at home and fresh made salsa! You will learn everything in just 3 hours. Drinks included.

GIVING TO HOUSELESS FOLKS: as many of you know, my own brother was without shelter in the PNW and my heart bleeds for these men, women & children still out there. If you want to make a donation, I make & deliver tamales & hot drinks every month or so. Just follow directions to make a payment and put the word HOUSELESS and I will Hager it to the right place for you. And thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
