The ’Leadership Skills for LMP Graduate Students' series is designed to enhance your emotional intelligence and executive skills to help you achieve personal and professional success.
Through the 6 workshops, you will explore:
#1) Understanding your leadership style and personality (Sept 26th)
#2) Mastering effective communication skills emphasizing cultural sensitivity (Oct 31st)
#3) Conflict resolution and addressing dysfunctions in a team (Dec 15th)
#4) Understanding your motivational value systems (Jan 23rd)
#5) Principles of giving and receiving feedback and menteeship (Feb 27th)
#6) The art of self-promotion and negotiation (Mar 27th)
We highly encourage you to attend all 6 workshops hosted during the 2023-24 academic year so you get the most out of the series!
Dr. Estelle Gauda, Dr. David Yousem, and PhD Candidate Atefeh Mohammadi will facilitate the sessions.
