We're building a small army of letter writers and social media advocates for rural. No doubt many of you already have plenty of experience in this area, but if you’re new to it, we’ll provide some helpful hints about how to tell these stories in your own words. We can also help you with examples of rural success stories across many parts of the country, as well as information about how the right investment and federal policy helps these businesses and groups.

The second way you can help is with “rural to rural” phone banking being organized by the folks at Rural for Harris. They are developing call lists for undecided voters in rural areas across the country, especially the battleground states, and hoping to have them contacted by fellow small town or rural people. If this sounds of interest you can use the same sign-up. Well steer you in the right direction, depending upon whether you want to be a rural-to-rural phone banker or a letter writer/social media rural advocate. Either way, you will be making a significant contribution!
