IMPORTANT NOTE: 

** All vendors agree not to engage in mediumship or spirit communication while operating. Psychic readings and other readings are allowed.


The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that participation in the Artistry of Mediumship: LIVE in OHIO is at their own risk. The Artistry of Mediumship, venue, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by the Vendor, their staff, or their property during the event, including but not limited to setup, operation, or teardown.

Vendors are responsible for securing their own insurance coverage, permits, and licenses as required by law. Vendors further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Artistry of Mediumship, venue, sponsors, and affiliates against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to their participation in the event, their products, services, or conduct.

By accepting this agreement, the Vendor accepts full responsibility for their participation and releases the Artistry of Mediumship, from any liability.

-Booth fees are non-refundable. 

-I agree to conduct myself and my business with professionalism, integrity, and respect toward event staff, fellow vendors, and attendees.

 -I agree to provide services and products that are honest, safe, and accurately represented.

 -I agree not to make false claims, guarantees, or use manipulative practices in the course of my readings, services, or sales.

-I agree to respect the personal boundaries, privacy, and beliefs of all event participants.

-I agree to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects positively on the event and the community.

-Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and display materials (unless rented). Rented items will be available on the payment checkout page.

-Setup begins 1 hour before the event; teardown must be completed within 30 mins after the event ends.

-All vendors must comply with local regulations and event guidelines.

Each booth accommodates one 6-foot table. Please limit items to what can fit on that one table.
