Welcome to the Novuscraft server. This Google Form is used to handle staff applications for our server. Please make sure that you are the following before submitting this form, or else you will be wasting your time:
At least 15 years of age or recommended by another staff member
Have at least 24 hours of playtime on the server
Have had one or less punishments on the server
Have been active on the server for at least three months
