Please submit the Baptism Certificate no later than 30th April by post or email to Sacramentclondalkin@gmail.com . Would you be willing and interested to help and to support the parish team in preparing your child and other children during the months ahead? (Catechists) You will receive training and guidance through the parish team. We need Catechists to help with preparing the children through Faith, Fun and Friendship (most likely to be online), prayer services and /or on the day of the Celebration of the Sacraments *
By enrolling my child for these Sacraments, I understand that I must fully participate in the Parish Programme (Faith Fun and Friendship, parent meetings, prayer services, practices …) I understand that it is my responsibility to hand on the faith as promised on the day of my child’s Baptism. I understand that it is my choice that my child becomes an active part of the Catholic community. The parish is there to support you and your family on that journey. *
I have read and understood the parish Privacy and Cookie policy - www.clondalkinparish.com/?p=5912 *
Thank you for taking time to register your child and we look forward to journeying this year with you and your family - If you have any further comments to make please write them in the box below.
