Full payment must be made at the time of order. No service will be scheduled without full payment.
The photo shoot date will be scheduled on or before 7 working days from order acceptance.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance and can be scheduled within 15 days of the original date.
The customer must ensure that photographed areas do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.
Scroll Ahead does not control third-party platforms (Google, Street View, Facebook, etc.), and no refunds will be provided if platform policies change.
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, arbitration under Indian law will apply, with Hyderabad as the jurisdiction.
