NYCC 2017 Panel Submission Form
What makes NYCC so awesome you ask? Well, first is the fans and second is the content!

We're looking for original and creative programming, so if you think you've got what it takes, apply now to host a panel at the show. Make sure it's kick ass though, as panel and screening slots are in high demand and last year we were only able to accept less than 25% of all submissions, so please make sure your application is the shiniest that it can possibly be. And when you’re putting together your panelists, keep in mind that we value fresh voices and diverse perspectives. If everyone on your panel looks and sounds just like you, you may want to rethink your approach.

This form closes at 5:00 PM ET on Monday, July 31, so set a couple reminders in your phone and make sure you get your submissions in early. You'll hear back from the team by August 17 with a decision on your submission - we know, the anticipation is killing us, too.

We're here for you, so if you have any questions while you wait, feel free to shoot us a note at

Oh, and if you're looking for the screening submission form, head on over here:

May the odds be ever in your favor!

Your answer
We usually only schedule panels in one hour blocks. If your panel is accepted, you may request more time, but be ready to trim it back if we aren't able to accommodate your request for more time. Times will be chosen based on availability and are subject to change.
Panel rooms are equipped with wired microphones, DVD players, projectors, and screens. The rooms have VGA laptop hookups (but no laptop), and you'll be responsible for bringing your own if you need one for your presentation. If you're using a Mac for your panel, you will also need to bring your own VGA adapter.
Do you have any additional technical requirements?
We can help facilitate ordering extra tech with the convention center, so anything above and beyond what has been outlined will be your financial responsibility.
