World Festival 2017 Marketplace Vendors Registration
Registrations must be received by March 15, 2017. Please make your $40 check payable to "Rochester International Association" and send it to our mailing address listed below. You must reserve your space and pay in advance to be included in this year's festival. Registration fee is nonrefundable. If your check has not cleared by the World Festival date, we will require cash there. Also, if your check bounces we will assess you a fee.

There will be an entrance fee for the 42nd Annual World Festival, but Marketplace Vendors will receive one free entrance ticket!

Rules for Marketplace Vendors
To participate in the Marketplace, vendors will have to bring their own table(s) and chair(s). Maximum two tables (6 feet in length) are allowed per vendor. If you bring more you will be charged more. Your items have to be ethnic and cultural in nature. On the date of the World Festival, you can arrive any time after 8:00 AM and the set up must be completed by 10:00 AM. RIA will assign you your designated space. The tear down can start any time after 4:00 pm. You are responsible for the income/taxes for the revenue collected at the World Festival.
