As an Ethical technology company, we pledge to:

Prioritize the hiring of data companies who offer their workers fair wages and dignified working conditions, and pursuing due diligence to ensure that data companies hired offer workers a living wage - this is defined differently in each country but on average we assume a living wage to be 3-5x national minimum wages; our benchmark for India is INR 110/hour (this is 5x the minimum wage of INR 22/hour).

2. Ensure that the data companies we work with have both the capacity and experience to carry out our data requirements and that the work we give them is not outsourced. We are committed to shortening the data value chain to sustainably give higher profits to workers.

3. Endeavour to invest in data worker welfare as a part of our commitment to creating a strong global data ecosystem. This means, we:

Consider ways we can use our products and services to benefit a larger section of society.
