Erasmus+ Training Course about how to strengthen the emotional skills needed to help young people navigate today’s complex world

🌟 What is this about?

Emotional Education is a 10-day creative residency in France where 24 youth workers and artists from France, Spain, Germany, Italy and Slovenia come together to reconnect with themselves, others, and their emotions and creativity, while discovering innovative ways to engage and empower young people, especially those facing social exclusion.

Participants will try out embodied activities, creative expression and reflective practice, exploring emotional intelligence and gaining practical tools to recognise, name and navigate emotions.

We’re also curious to know more about your involvement in youth work or any social or educational activities.
